At Elurova, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–2 business days

We currently ship from Henderson, Nevada, and delivery times may vary depending on your distance from our fulfillment center.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.

International Shipping
At this time, Elurova offers limited international shipping. Delivery times typically range from 7–15 business days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or high demand periods. Elurova is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Elurova is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Elurova is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
